Managing change
We acknowledge that the Board is embarking on a period of transition and expansion to continue to deliver the best possible care for our patient population. This will involve engaging with staff and supporting them through periods of transition.
Action 6.1
We will ensure that nursing teams will be informed and consulted on proposed changes to services where possible. We will support nurses to contribute and participate in the wider organisational change programmes encompassing multi-professional working at all levels.
