Weather Warning Friday 24 January: Important Information for Patients

Storm Eowyn – do not travel!
The Met Office has issued a rare red weather warning for Friday 24 January as Storm Eowyn makes landfall across the UK.
Police Scotland has issued a do not travel warning for the duration of the warning.
NHS Golden Jubilee takes patient and staff safety seriously. As we are in the red warning zone, we are advising people not to travel unless absolutely essential to do so.
We will continue to provide emergency and urgent care services, as well as priority planned procedures.
Our Patient Coordination Centre is in the process of contacting all other patients who were due to attend tomorrow to rearrange these appointments as quickly as possible.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, and hope you all stay safe.
