Partnership working

We know that partnership is all about good employee relations built on trust, integrity, openness and working together across everything we do.

Our Workforce Strategy focuses on the core values of fairness and consistency, which are only possible through working in partnership with one another. It is very important that our working practices take into account the practical issues that affect people’s daily working lives.

Our dedicated Partnership Forum is responsible for facilitating and monitoring the effective operation of partnership working across our organisation.

A sub-group of our Person Centred and Staff Governance Committee, the Forum are integral to the development and approval of every workforce policy which is in place at NHS Golden Jubilee.

The Partnership Forum includes members of management and Human Resources from NHS Golden Jubilee, as well as representatives of trade unions and professional organisations.

The Forum is co-chaired by the Employee Director and Chief Executive, to ensure that all decisions are reflected across the entire organisation.
