Kindness Matters

At NHS Golden Jubilee we want to be known as an organisation that has a caring and kind attitude to our patients, visitors, and each other. 

We have now launched 2 surveys to help us understand what our staff, patients, and customers think about our attitudes and behaviours. 

Everything you tell us about your experience with us will offer valuable insights to help us shape our future culture and values and ultimately deliver the best care and services for our patients and customers.   

Our surveys are open from Tuesday 18 March until Monday 7 April at 11.45pm. 

You can take the survey online or pick up a paper copy from Hospital or Hotel Reception.
