Code of Conduct
Public bodies are required to prepare a Code of Conduct for Members of our Board in line with the Ethical Standards in Public Life etc. (Scotland) Act 2000. This is approved by Scottish Ministers.
Standards Commission
The Standards Commission website gives advice on how to complain about the conduct of NHS Board Members.
The Commission is committed to high ethical standards in public life through the promotion and enforcement of Codes of Conduct for Councillors and those appointed to designated public bodies.
