NHS Golden Jubilee will ensure that effective systems are in place to monitor, evaluate and feedback information on reasonable adjustments and Access to Work requests where required. Key information relating to the implementation of reasonable adjustments is to be published annually alongside NHS Golden Jubilee’s Disability Pay Gap Reporting.

Review

This policy will be monitored, reviewed and evaluated every two years by the Partnership Forum or equivalent, taking into consideration legislative changes and developments in good practice to ensure it meets the needs of all employees.
