Carole Anderson

Director of Transformation, Strategy, Planning and Performance

Carole has worked in healthcare for 25 years, beginning her career as a physiotherapist specialising in orthopaedic surgery rehabilitation before moving into a range of senior planning and performance roles.

She also served on NHS Golden Jubilee’s Board as Employee Director between 2004 and 2010.

Carole has a wealth of experience on service planning and strategy, alongside interests in diversity and inclusion and effective staff and service user engagement.

Carole is also a Volunteer Director on the Board of Volunteer Glasgow.
