Laura has worked in the private telecommunications sector for the past 28 years across a variety of roles for BT and EE.

Having started her career in contact centres, Laura moved into project management, transformation, and operations with responsibility for bringing new products to the market. She then moved into learning and development before expanding into a wider human resources, leadership and culture role.

Laura is passionate about delivering the best service and nurturing positive workplace cultures for staff to thrive in.
