Rebecca Maxwell was appointed on 8 January 2024.

Rebecca comes to NHS Golden Jubilee Board with over 25 years public sector leadership experience in both Health and Local Government across operational, strategy and executive roles. She has managed numerous teams, services, projects and strategies, always working to maximise their positive impact on people and communities affected.

During her career, she has led numerous capital projects improving services, buildings and communities and is excited to bring this experience to the work of the Board. 

For the last 6 years, Rebecca has operated her own boutique consultancy business, Perception Insights, specialising in business strategy & leadership development, including 4 years supporting women owned businesses in New York and more recently working with Scottish small businesses on improving their entrepreneurial & people management skills. 

Rebecca is passionate about public services & their contribution to well-being & success for everyone, regardless of their start in life.
