Lindsay MacDonald

Non-Executive Director

Lindsay MacDonald was appointed to the Board of NHS Golden Jubilee on 8 January 2024.

Lindsay brings over 30 years’ experience of being accountable for major investment projects and Profit and Loss leadership in the transport, construction and telcommunications sectors.

A chartered management accountant (ACMA) and a Project Management Professional (accredited by PMI), he has been a member of investment, small and medium sized enterprises, and plc divisional boards for over 25 years.

Lindsay is currently a Council and Audit and Assurance Committee Member of the Scottish Social Services Council (NDPB) and is a non-executive director of Scottish Environment Protection Agency (SEPA).

His particular interests lie in investment decision making, performance management and efficient delivery.
